On this Valentine’s Day, as we begin a new week, let’s remember who wrote the greatest love story of all. Would you take a few moments and allow these words from God’s own pen to settle into our hearts?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13

“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” – Ephesians 1:4

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” – 1 John 4:4

“In this manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.” – 1 John 4:9

“Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.” – 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
